Boy Lüthje is a senior research fellow at the “Institut für Sozialforschung” in Frankfurt since 1999.
1985 Diploma in Sociology at Frankfurt Goethe University, PhD in 1991 at Frankfurt Goethe University. 1990 – 1996 research fellow at the faculty of social sciences/humanities in Frankfurt with a focus on technology development and –policy within telecommunication. Several research projects at the “Interdisziplinäre Arbeitsgruppe Technikforschung”. 1996 – 1999 post-doctoral research grant (DFG-Habilitationsstipendium). 1996/97 guest researcher at the Institute for the Study of Social Change, University of California, Berkeley.
